Our last step is to use Young Living essential oils.
We use a number of different products to help with this. Here is our protocol.
1. I massage the back of his legs (lower calves) and heels with Young Living's Ortho Sport oil.
2. The next oil we use is Young Living's proprietary blend, PanAway. We are never without this oil in our house. We use it for all sorts of aches, pains, bruises and more! You may want to dilute this oil especially for the younger crowd!
3. The third oil is Peppermint. A very warming, natural analgesic. Again, you may want to dilute this oil.
